The International Workshop on Religious Tourism (IWRT) will take place on March 6 and 7, 2025

The IWRT – International Workshop on Religious Tourism is the benchmark event for professionals in the religious tourism sector who want to strengthen the internationalization of their business. This international workshop is a unique platform that brings together international tour operators from different continents with entrepreneurs from the sector.

Participate and win over new business partners, learn about new trends, create strategic partnerships and obtain a better position in the market. Invited to take part in these workshops are national tour operators, travel agents and hoteliers, among other entrepreneurs in the tourism sector, especially those involved in religious tourism.

The IWRT is organized by ACISO – Ourém-Fátima Business Association, with the support of Ourém City Council, Turismo de Portugal, the Centro Regional Operational Programme, the Centro de Portugal Regional Tourism Authority, the Regional Tourism Promotion Agencies of Centro de Portugal, Porto e Norte, Alentejo and Lisbon, among other entities.
